Mega Kidz
“Raising up children to make a POSITIVE IMPACT in their world.”
The Mega Kidz ministry is a ministry for children ages 18mos-12 years old. The ministry is segmented into four, distinct age groups: Tots (18mos-3yrs), Lads (4-6), Juniors (7-9), and Tweenz (10-12). The ministry uses many contemporary tools and resources to make the Word of God both real and relevant to today’s kids. Through skits, songs, activities, and other media, the Mega Kidz ministry compels this generation to make a positive impact in their sphere of influence in all aspects of their lives. Through the rich teaching of God’s Word and its practical application, Mega Kidz receive the tools necessary to positively impact the community and their world spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
The Mega Kidz ministry’s focus is to shape children that are well-rounded and able to function in the world. Emphasis is placed on strengthening and challenging kids spiritually, physically, academically, socially, emotionally, and mentally. Through missions and other service-oriented events, Mega Kidz are gaining valuable experience and practicing to make a positive impact on the world!
Teen Ministry
Mega Teen Class – meeting every Tuesday evening where Teens discuss the importance of incorporating spiritual wisdom in everyday decision-making. Teens are encouraged to develop a life of prayer and studying of the Word of God, yet taught to live a life in the eyes of their peers that exemplifies the love and wisdom of Christ. The class is open to the public and constantly expanding to meet the needs of the 21st Century Teen!
Club 4:12 – held every 1st and 3rd Tuesday. Designed to bring the community teen population and the Teens of Mega Church together in an exciting and fun-filled outreach time. Participants are encouraged in teamwork, sportsmanship and wellness through games, physical challenges and fitness. This event is free and open to the public.
Boyz II Men – is a ministry designed to equip boys with a broad range of skills that they will be able to utilize throughout their lives. We attempt to accomplish this via One-to-One Mentoring, Life Coaching, Group Rap sessions, Recreational Events/Programming, Sports and through collaboration with the individuals caregiver(s).
Hand-N-Hand Bilinqual Achievement Center
The HNHBAC is currently closed. The Center will reopen soon! Stay tuned for more information.
The West-side’s only bilianqual center servicing ages 18months through 5 years old. The center is a Star rated achievement center. Hand-N-Hand Bilingual Achievement Center has been shut-down due to funding constraints until a new location and funding can be acquired.
